1、Cannot start running software
Restart the computer system and check if the measurement instrument software can be started. If you still can't start the software, you can check whether the secondary image software is deleted in the computer system due to the wrong operation. For the general troubleshooting inside the system, please refer to the random data description of the computer system.

2、No image display

Select the appropriate card type in the "CCD" setting → "Video Capture Card" dialog box.

3、Image does not follow

The scale of the grating is reversed

Change the direction of the scale without the axis in the menu bar "Tools" → "Change the direction of the XY axes" dialog box

Scale does not set standard

Reset the scale


4、No raster data display

Approach

Counter or counter connection line is broken

Replace damaged counter card or data cable

The type of counter is not selected in the software.

Select the type of card in the "Parameters" → "Count Card Selection" dialog box.

Sensor and counter model do not match

Replace the counter or sensor

Poor contact between signal line and counter

Connect the signal line to the counter

Computer serial port is blocked

Open computer serial port


5、Data output Excel cannot be implemented
Please confirm that the measurement computer host has Excel software installed.

6、Graphic output Auto CAD cannot be implemented
Please confirm that the measurement computer mainframe has Auto CAD software installed. If the fault has not been eliminated after the above inspection, please record the original data of the system, save the status quo, and contact us in time. Users should not disassemble the machinery and system by themselves; do not insert or remove the card in the computer or repair the system equipment to avoid further damage!
