The blades are used for airflow guidance in aerospace engines or ground turbine generators (steam or gas). They are widely used in aviation, shipbuilding, power generation, wind turbines, etc., and the quality of their products will directly affect Engine quality and energy output. Blade detection, commonly used for single blade, leaf disk, and impeller/turbine measurements, enables efficient, flexible, and accurate measurements of various blade parameters.
At present, most of the individual blades are assembled one by one onto the gutter plate. With the improvement of the current CNC machine technology, some of the whole leaf discs can be processed by one-time machining or five-axis CNC machine tools. Whole leaf disk measurement has also become a new direction for current blade measurement.
The package includes Bladerunner, Blade, PC-DMIS (including the Scan Scan Module). Among them, Bladerunner plays the role of manager, whose function is to open PC-DMIS and determine the blade to be measured, the section to be tested and the measurement parameters according to the actual situation, and then start the PC-DMIS general measurement software to carry out the actual measurement of the blade. After the PC-DMIS measurement is completed, Bladerunner will automatically transmit the PC-DMIS measurement data to the Blade for analysis. The execution measurement software is still a stable PC-DMIS software, and the Blade plays the role of analysis output, which analyzes and processes the data transmitted from PC-DMIS and generates a report in the format determined by the customer.
